Walking the Dogs
It was hot, but the young man and his dogs did not seem to notice. They walked briskly past me, whereas I was sheltering under a big shade tree at our local reservoir, Lake Murray.
Gardening in the Shade

Between the Lightning and the Moon
The North Carolina Beach was beautiful, and at night, the energy from the thunderstorms seemed almost otherworldly. I took a series of night photos and particularly loved the ones with reflections.
