Torrey Pines Canyon

I painted up on the mesa at Torrey Pines today. I sketched an area with sandy ground that looks across the mesa towards the cliffs. In the end, I thought the sketch looked too flat and empty. So I added some vertical lines to suggest depth, but perhaps got carried away.
