Across the Room

Our house has been full of family again. It is wonderful to look up and see someone else across the room, in this case, my son.

    I love this. I like how the face is broken into planes of color and yet is cohesive. And I like the drawing marks I think I see in various places augmenting the shapes. What a great portrait.
