Clothesline in the Woods

The towels were so bright against the forest background that I had to sketch them.

    I wondered if you had chosen what to hang on the line! Great colours as always. The landscape really looks like it is harmony with the clothes in the breeze as well – dancing together. Love it.

      Hi Andy, the towels were already hanging when I noticed they would make an interesting composition. I sketched them twice in my small book, then added the purple sun shirt that I was wearing for color and shape contrast. I think a smaller t-shirt might have been better.
