This is from our Tuesday night Zoom painting. It was my turn to set up, and over the past few mornings, I tried to catch the morning light coming in on the holiday plants and textiles. The light hits the table at an angle and makes lovely shadows across the table’s breadth. I have quite a few more possibilities for future paintings.
Deliberate Sketching 
Quite lovely with all parts resolved. The dark reds in the shadows are so rich and wonderful. One can tell that you have been looking at and painting this in your head many times before your brush touched the paper. Love it! Especially all the blues! AL
