We were in San Francisco this morning and I did a few sketches as a sunny and bright dawn lit up the skyline. There are so many buildings and windows in this beautiful city; this is a simplified interpretation.

I love how expressive this is. To me it feels like it was a warm morning. I like San Francisco, but haven’t been there in years. My parents were fromthe West Coast. I always loved riding on the cable cars and visiting Fisherman’s Wharf. This brought back those memories.
