A dog’s point of view

The house is full of people talking, eating and playing games at the table and Luke is spending a lot of time beneath the table. I wondered about the winter holiday from Luke’s perspective, and I think it may be about waiting under the table, getting extra treats, skimping on walks and looking at legs.

I drew in pen, marker and watercolor. Later I used Procreate to make some adjustments to the shading.

    I love Luke…forever the optimist..wait long enough someone certainty will drop a few crumbs. Interesting looking at life from his viewpoint.

    This one is fantastic! I love the angles you’ve captured that lets us see the room yet focus on Luke’s experience below the table. I also love the choice to only color the parts relevant to Luke’s experience.
